Q: When will my credit card be billed?
A: Your credit card will be charged within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase and the charge will be listed as Epic Seats Inc.
Q: How will I get my tickets?
A: Epic Seats uses FedEx whenever possible.
Q: How may I pick-up last minute tickets?
A: If the event is in Seattle, Epic's location is easy to access and tickets can be picked up during business hours. If the event is outside of Seattle, Epic is partnered with reputable firms throughout the country who are able to arrange last minute ticket transactions. Many events can be emailed and if there is more than one business day until the event, FedEx will get the tickets to customers on time.
Q: Why aren't the tickets locations 100% guaranteed?
A: In order to stock an extensive inventory of events, Epic must rely on partner firms to supply some of the tickets sold. In some cases there is a possibility that these partner firms have sold the tickets to another buyer before Epic is able to reach the partner. Under these types of circumstances, Epic Seats will do everything it can to find customer's replacement tickets in comparable or better seating locations at the same price.
Q: What are your storefronts hours of operations?
A: We are open Monday thru Friday from 7am to 6pm M-F PST and 9 AM to noon PST on Saturdays.
Q: What if I don't see an event I would like to attend on your website?
A: Please email or call us with the date, event and type of seating desired and a general price range.
Q: Do you send emails to let your customers know what events may be coming up in the next months?
A: Epic Seats will never spam our customers, however, we will soon allow clients to choose what types of email notifications are important to them. Stay tuned.
Q: How would I consign my tickets through your company?
A: Epic's consignment program is very well established with many satisfied customers. There have several ways Epic can work with clients to get tickets sold. It is best to contact the company via telephone to set up a consignment.
Q: Does Epic Seat do trades with tickets?
A: Epic Seats seeks to deliver great value for its customers. Through the consignment program Epic is able to offer trades and get great dollar value back for clients.
Q: Can my company host a tailgate party at Epic's event space?
A: Absolutely, please email the event date, details and contact info to Event Request
Q: How many people can Epic accommodate for a viewing party or game day tailgate?
A: 50 comfortably with room to mingle and view Epic's 6 foot projection TV. For those who wish to sit, Epic can accommodate 30.
