It was great! And the Cards won!! The tickets were Christmas presents for my husband and son-in-law. This time last year my husband was in a nursing home not expected to live. I am very grateful for the miracle of his recovery and wanted to celebrate it in a special way. Both he and our son-in-law are avid football fans and the idea for this "perfect" gift popped into my head. Thanks so much for making it possible, read that "affordable". Hi Chris, thanks for the follow up...we had a great time. This was my first experience with Epic and I have no complaints. From the ordering process to will calling the tickets, I thought the customer service was great.I chose to contact Epic because a lifelong friend of mine is a college buddy of James Kimmel.Your company came highly recommended and didn't disappoint .As for a future quote, I'm curious what Epic can do in the way of ticketsto the Masters golf tournament.I understand it's one of the toughest tickets in sports and I'm curious if you guys have any connections. I would love to attend this event sometime in the future, but have no plans as of yet...so please don't work too hard on this one.I'm just curious. Thanks.

Hi Chris, thanks for following up----nice customer service!!! My family of four really enjoyed being at the opening day game, especially with the excitement of seeing Griffey again! Unfortunately some of the spectators around us were really loud and rather rude (probably due to the amount they were drinking), and no one was there doing crowd management. I guess we have become kind of spoiled or rather buffered from that kind of thing over in the "124" section where we share our regular seats; and now appreciate it more than ever! However, I'm still thrilled that we were able to get the tickets from you and be there for that exciting day---full of sun & excitement! By the way, the tickets arrived even earlier than I expected; a fun surprise!
